Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is an issue with your order.
To be eligible, please contact us at hello@coffeetabledrop.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

We do not require you to ship the item back to us. Once we review your information and confirm the issue, we will make it right.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
Change of mind after purchase
Issues reported after the 14-day window
Minor color variations due to screen display differences (these are not considered defects)

Refunds
If your claim is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@coffeetabledrop.com.

Replacements
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will ship a new item to you at no charge once your claim is approved.
