Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

 

Delays

Coffee Table Drop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

 

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or other household members, contact your local post office with your tracking number, and reach out to us at hello@coffeetabledrop.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
